💬 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

💬 How do I log in?

☑️ Click on Account, and enter your email address and password to log into your account. If you forgot your password, simply click the Forgot Password link and we will email you the password. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@urbanbriefs.org.

 

💬 How will my order be shipped?

☑️ Local - We use LBC as our delivery service provider. Delivery charge is PHP 250  (flat rate) within Metro Manila with a maximum weight of 1 KG. Customer can also arrange their own pickup via GrabExpress, Lalamove or any of your preferred delivery service. We can also accommodate a direct pickup by hand within BGC.

For elsewhere in the Philippines we also use LBC as our delivery service provider. Delivery charge is PHP 350 (flat rate) outside Metro Manila (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao) with a maximum weight of 1 KG.

☑️ International - We use DHL Express as our delivery service provider. A delivery charge of USD 60 (equivalent to PHP 3,300 if 1 USD = 55 PHP) for up to 1 KG. For any excess weight, we will advise you as soon as we get a quote from DHL. Rates will depend on the country of destination plus the weight of the goods. All orders are processed Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM Philippines (GMT+8) and shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed. Shipping duration will take about 7-10 working days from the time of dispatch here.

 

💬 When are you going to send my orders?

☑️ We will pack the item(s) within 24 hours after receiving your order and ship if order is made prior to 2:00 PM Philippines (GMT+8)

 

💬 Can I change my shipping address?

☑️ We will not be able to change your shipping address after collection of parcel by our delivery provider. In case of any changes required, kindly contact us at info@urbanbriefs.org for further advice and actions.

 

💬 What payment method do you accept?

☑️ We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit (Visa, Mastercard), and GCash. If your payment has been successful you will receive an order confirmation email, and if you have an account, you will have your order listed in your account.

 

💬 Do you accept personal cheques or cash on delivery (COD)?

☑️ We do not. We will only accept COP (Cash On Pick-Up)

 

💬 Can I change my order?

☑️ We will not be able to change your order after collection of parcel by our delivery provider. In case of any changes, kindly contact us at info@urbanbriefs.org for further advice and actions.

 

💬 You have sent me a fault item. What should I do?

☑️ Kindly contact us at info@urbanbriefs.org. In case of our error in delivered items, we shall be liable for the shipping cost to return and re-ship the correct items.

 

💬 How do I return or exchange something?
